30 - Day Returns For Online Purchases

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original, unworn condition for a 100% refund. No restocking fee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. Many retailers charge a restocking fee for returns; we don't charge you a cent. Special orders and custom made jewelry may not appl y.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will pay for the return shipping. (U.S. customers only) If, for any reason, you are no t completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange - we even pay for the return shipping. Free returns only apply to U.S customers and are limited to three per customer. To return an item, simply follow the return procedures listed below:

- 2.Advise the representative that you wish to return your order.
- 3.Within one business day of your phone call we will email you a pre - paid, fully insured UPS 2 - Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
- 4.Take your order and the label to the nearest UPS location and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, UPS will assist you.
- 5.Your or der should arrive in our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- 6.All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check
