Whether your ring is slipping due to weight loss or you’re adjusting after pregnancy, resizing down is typically a straightforward process. In many cases, we can add sizing beads or a spring insert to adjust the fit without permanently altering the ring. These solutions are reversible, comfortable, and ideal for maintaining the structural integrity of the piece.
Resizing up can be more involved, especially for rings set with gemstones. Plain bands may be gently stretched over a mandrel—but we don’t recommend doing this more than once, as it can weaken the metal. For more precise adjustments, our jewelers can cut the band and add a new section of metal, carefully weld it, and polish it to restore a seamless finish.
Certain designs, like eternity bands or styles with stones set around the entire band, typically can’t be adjusted without compromising the design. If you're shopping for a new ring, especially a wedding or anniversary band, our team can help guide you to the right fit from the start—or offer alternative styles that allow for future adjustments.

Battery Replacement & Pressure Testing
When your quartz timepiece needs a new battery, our team provides quick and precise service in store. For water-resistant models, we also perform pressure testing to maintain proper sealing which can take up to 3 weeks to complete.
De-Magnetization
Exposure to magnetic fields can disrupt the accuracy of your watch. We can identify and remove residual magnetism to restore proper function.
Water Resistance Testing
Unsure if your timepiece is still watertight? We’ll inspect and test your watch to ensure it’s ready for daily wear, or your next adventure. Having our watch service department check that can take up to 3 weeks.
Bracelet Sizing & Link Adjustments
Whether the fit is too tight or too loose, we can size your watch bracelet for maximum comfort and security.
Exterior Refinishing & Restoration
