One ladies 18K white gold Sapphire and Diamond ring, manufactured by casting with a high polish finish set with 3 oval shaped faceted Natural Blue Sapphires weighing 1.20 carats actual total weight. The Sapphires are of very good quality, very few imperfections and are of a medium dark rich blue color. The ring is also set with 38 full cut diamonds weighing 0.24 carats actual total weight, Color-F, Clarity VS.
