December 17th, 2016
Lewis Jewelers has been serving the people of Ann Arbor and Detroit since 1921. At family-owned Lewis Jewelers, service extends beyond designer jewelryat quality prices and into the community. Lewis Jewelers community involvement sets it apart as much as its amazing selection.
In Ann Arbor, Lewis Jewelers has partnered with the Kite Network to help families cope with the loss of loved ones. The Kite network provides peer-to-peer counseling to help people pick up the pieces after a tragedy and carry on with their lives. Kite Network counselors have all also experienced loss, and therefore understand what their peers are going through. In addition to the highly effective one-on-one counseling, the Kite Network assists businesses, churches, and universities with workshops and training to improve the quality of grief care. Lewis Jewelers has been a sponsor of the Kite Network since its inception and is honored to continue their community involvement with this vital and compassionate organization.
C.S. Mott Children?s Hospital
Lewis Jewelers is a true blue member of wolverine nation. As much as the jewelry store loves cheering on the U of M football team, they are most proud of the work done by the C.S. Mott Children?s Hospital. University of Michigan?s C.S. Mott Children?s Hospital is dedicated to providing progressive care for women and children. The hospital provides some of the best pediatric care in the nation, including many services that can?t be found anywhere else in the state. Over the years, Lewis Jewelers has sponsored a variety of events to help raise money and awareness for this important work. At the Event on Main in 2016, U of M legend Charles Woodson commemorated the Charles Woodson Clinical Research Initiative with custom cufflinks designed by Lewis Jewelers.
Community involvement is a cornerstone of Lewis Jewelers? philosophy. Visit their stores for elegant jewelry, and support the community.
